Credit card payments will be processed promptly by our Secure Server. You will be taken to the secure server by clicking on the submit button once you have filled out this form.

The total shown will include the selected options (if they apply) plus the applicable VAT.

Conditions

Conditions of participation
When cancellation reaches us at the latest 28 days before the beginning of the conference, the registration will be refunded, except for an administration fee of 12 5€. If a cancellation reaches us less than 28 days before the beginning of the conference, or if you do not cancel and are not present, the cost of registration will not be refunded. It is always possible to send a substitute, our organization reserves the right, to limit or refuse the access to any person or a company. The receival of a request or the payment of the latter does not constitute acceptance. These requests or payments nonallowed will be restored. Changes of speakers - it is in certain circumstances out of our control, to change the contents or the duration of the program, as well as in some cases the identity of the speakers.
